We are extending the original regular rate deadline from January 14th to January 30th. So you have an additional 16 days to promote and register teens for DCYC at the regular rate of $175. (Cancellation Deadline also extends to Jan 30th)
Remember to Change Your Registration Cut-Off Date In Permission Click:
Permission Click is set-up to automatically cut-off registrations on the date you provided during the form set-up. Therefore, if you are extending your deadline, be sure to check and change the “cut-off” deadline in Permission Click so a parent/chaperones does not encounter a note that says, “Registration Is Over” when it really isn’t.

Late Registrations After Jan 30th (if available):
After Jan 30th at 5pm, the hotel rate and space is no longer guaranteed, participants may or may not receive a T-shirt, and the price increases to $219 plus any increased hotel rates that apply.
Rooming List Deadlines Remain the Same:
Rooming List Deadline: Part A Due Jan 21st - Part B Due Jan 30th
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING THE DEADLINE ON YOUR PERMISSION CLICK FORMS:
Login to Permission Click and Select the DCYC Youth or Adult Chaperone Form.
Select the "Form Details" tab from your Form Manage page and click on the cut-off date to open the calendar.
Use the calendar to select a new date, or click the red line in the middle of the calendar at the bottom to remove the date altogether.
If you have a deadline listed in the “Event Information” text description of your Forms Manager page, is is easiest if you let your teens and parents know that the form deadline has changed from the date noted in the text rather than editing and resubmitting the whole form.
